19 Feb 2005: Just received a call from Dot Goodrich Wilkinson in Hampton re: her sister Edith Estelle Goodrich Dovell. We have her in family history as being married to Harry Elwood Stotler. The obit is in today's Daily Press and is short so here it is:
" Edith Estelle Dovell, 89, a Life Member of American Contract Bridge League Unit 110, died Sat. Feb. 19, 2005. The family will receive friends from 7 until 8:30 p. m. Monday in R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home, Hampton." Dot said the funeral is at 3 pm Tuesday. Merle Chappell had been Dot's contact in this area. I never knew the family very well but have been in contact with Dot in recent years. She sent me some family history which I put in BK and mailed the print outs to her a few years back and exchange Christmas card just to keep in touch. Hope this finds you and yours staying well. Jean
